News from Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on May 30 said: in response to Workers' Month 2026 and Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health 2026, the grassroots Trade Union of Huy Hoang II Garment Co., Ltd. (under Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union) in coordination with the company's leadership invited health sector experts to organize a first aid training class for workplace accidents for union members and employees in the company.
The program is coordinated with the Da Nang City Department of Health and the Quang Nam Center for Disease Control, focusing on guiding knowledge and initial handling skills when labor accidents occur in the production environment.
As a business operating in the garment sector with 03 production workshops, a large number of workers, mostly female workers, the grassroots Trade Union of Huy Hoang II Garment Co., Ltd. always identifies labor safety, health care and equipping workers with situation handling skills as important tasks that need to be regularly concerned about.
At the training class, union members and workers were instructed on basic first aid skills such as: handling wounds, stopping bleeding, bandaging, fitting fractures, first aid for trauma, handling fainting, electric shock and some common situations in production labor.
In addition to the theory part, students also directly practice first aid operations under the guidance of a team of professional doctors.
Through activities, union members and workers improve their awareness, self-protection skills and support colleagues when incidents occur; contributing to building a safe working environment and proactively preventing labor accidents at enterprises.
