    Ninh Binh - The grassroots union maintains monthly birthdays to take more practical care of union members and workers.

    The Trade Union of Viet Thuan Garment Company Limited (Hoa Xa Industrial Park, Thanh Nam Ward, Ninh Binh Province) has just organized a collective birthday party for union members and workers in August.

    The activities of organizing birthdays and giving gifts to union members and workers have been maintained by the Trade Union of Viet Thuan Garment Company Limited for many years and are carried out monthly.

    Ms. Tran Thi Hue - Chairwoman of the company's Trade Union - said that organizing birthdays for union members and workers born in the month has been maintained by the company's trade union for many years. Each birthday union member will receive a gift of VND100,000/person along with a greeting card and a small cake.

    Through the activities of organizing birthdays, it aims to create solidarity, sharing, and understanding between the union organization and union members and workers. Thereby, helping to tighten and build trust among union members and workers in the union organization and the company.
