According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper on the afternoon of August 25, An Duong Vuong Street through Thong Nhat Ward, Phu Tho Province (Thai Binh Ward, Hoa Binh City, the old Hoa Binh Province) is one of the most severely affected places.

In group 1, a section of road about 30 meters long turned into a fast-flowing stream, with water half a meter deep. Water from the ditches on the side of the road overflows like a stream, causing difficulties for vehicles to circulate.
Mr. Hung, a resident of Group 1, is using his hands to collect garbage and clear drainage culverts. "If it continues to rain like this, the water will rise very quickly, flowing into people's houses. I go to collect garbage stagnant in the sewers so that the water drains quickly," said Mr. Hung.

The road near Import-Export Joint Stock Company 3-2 has been cracked since June 16, 2025, continuing to have strong water flows, posing a potential risk of insecurity. Warning signs of dangerous areas at this location are pouring down, people passing through need to pay close attention.
According to Mr. Thanh, a resident of Group 2, Thong Nhat Ward, this road is often flooded every time there is prolonged heavy rain, due to water flowing from the hill, while the drainage system has not met the requirements.

In addition, Mr. Thanh informed that An Duong Vuong Street is currently seriously degraded, traffic is still difficult in normal weather conditions, and on rainy days, there are many potential safety risks due to many potholes.
