This is a unit with 50% foreign investment capital, operating in the field of production and processing exported pangolin, located in Mui Ne ward, Lam Dong province.
In order to promote the democratic rights of union members and workers, the grassroots union has coordinated with the company's leaders to organize annual workers' conferences, sign and effectively implement collective labor agreements.
At the same time, develop democratic regulations, internal rules and regulations for internal management of the unit.
Thanks to that, there are no cases of employees having their contracts terminated in violation of regulations at the enterprise.
Regimes on employment, income, labor protection, and occupational safety and hygiene are all regularly monitored by the union.
Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc - Chairman of the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union - said that the RAM Company Trade Union is a unit that is always proactive in building democratic regulations and representing and protecting the rights of union members.
