To ensure personnel work and timely leadership and direction of Trade Union activities, especially the direction of the grassroots Trade Union Congress and the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, the Executive Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation held a Conference to elect additional Executive Committee members, Standing Committee and the position of Chairman for the 2023-2028 term.

At the conference, delegates listened to a summary of the personal history and working process of Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem, member of the Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province, who was introduced by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of President of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation.
With 100% of the votes, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem was elected as President of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation for the 2023-2028 term.
