News from Thang Binh Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on July 25 said: in response to activities to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union, the grassroots Trade Union of Hoa Tho Quang Nam Garment Joint Stock Company (under Thang Binh Commune Trade Union) organized a program to commend and award gifts to excellent students who are children of union members and workers, in order to encourage and motivate the spirit of studiousness and add motivation for them to strive to rise up in their studies.
In the 2025 - 2026 school year, 400 students who are children of union members and workers who achieved excellent student achievements from elementary school to university were commended by the Company's Trade Union and awarded gifts with a total budget of 120 million VND.
This is an annual activity of practical significance, showing the concern of the Trade Union organization for caring for the spiritual life of union members and workers, and at the same time encouraging and motivating the young generation to continue to promote the tradition of studiousness.
The gifts, although not of great material value, are recognition of the efforts and endeavors of the children throughout the school year. Thereby contributing to encouraging them to continue to train, nurture dreams, develop abilities and strive to achieve higher achievements in the following school years.
The activity also demonstrates the companion role of the Trade Union organization with union members and workers in caring for and educating children; contributing to building a cohesive and humane working environment, improving the spiritual life of workers.
