On November 8, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Trade Union of Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Hadiphar) held a Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Company's Board of Directors and 80 delegates representing more than 625 union members and workers.
During the past term, Hadiphar Trade Union has clearly affirmed its role as a representative, caregiver, and protector of workers' rights; coordinated with professionals to ensure jobs, with an average income of 11 million VND/person/month, 100% of workers participating in insurance. Many cultural and sports activities, emulation movements and technical initiatives have brought high efficiency, contributing positively to the development of businesses.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor acknowledged and praised the outstanding results of the Hadiphar Trade Union, suggested continuing to innovate methods of operation, promote emulation movements, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The Congress elected 9 comrades to the new Executive Committee and elected delegates to the 20th Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union Congress. The Congress affirmed the determination to "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development", accompanying businesses towards the goal of sustainable development.
