The Congress was attended by Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Hau A Lenh - Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee - and 342 official delegates representing all classes of people in the province.
The Congress with the theme "Promoting the revolutionary homeland's tradition, the strength of national solidarity; continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation; joining hands to build Tuyen Quang province to develop, firmly in the era of national growth".
Speaking at the congress, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - praised the outstanding results of the Front at all levels in the past term. At the same time, he affirmed that the achievements are the result of the close leadership of the Party Committee, the coordination of the government, departments, branches, organizations, the consensus and support of the people and the efforts of the Front cadres of the whole province.
Entering the new term, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province continue to consolidate and expand the great national unity bloc, promote its core political role, and create social consensus. The Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels needs to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, applying digital technology in interacting and responding to people's opinions.
The Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front emphasized the need to innovate emulation movements and campaigns in a practical direction, associated with the goal of sustainable development and green growth. Continue to promote the movement "For the poor - leave no one behind".
During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels of Tuyen Quang province has innovated the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, achieving many practical results. As of August 31, 2025, the whole province has received more than 335 billion VND and 135,000 working days from organizations and individuals, supporting the construction and repair of over 15,000 houses. Complete 100% of the plan to implement the movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025."
Mobilizing people to donate over 50,000 m2 of land, contributing more than 30 billion VND and thousands of working days to build essential infrastructure. Mobilizing support for the "For the Poor" Fund of more than 10 billion VND, supporting thousands of poor households to develop the economy and provide medical examination and treatment.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels mobilized and received over 450 billion VND to support the recovery of damage caused by storms Yagi (2024) and storms No. 10, 11 (2025). Build more than 2,000 models of implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals in 1,426 residential areas. The whole province currently has 5,000 self-management models for new rural construction, civilized urban areas, socio-economic development, etc.
For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province has identified this as a particularly important period, implementing the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress, continuing to perfect the organization and stabilize after the merger.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province focuses on implementing key tasks such as: promoting the core role in building the great national unity bloc; improving the effectiveness of supervision and social criticism; enhancing dialogue between heads of Party committees, authorities and the people; mobilizing all classes of people to actively participate in emulation movements; promoting the application of information technology.
At the congress, delegates agreed to appoint Mr. Ma The Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province for the 2024 - 2029 term - to re-elect the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province for the first term, 2025 - 2030.
The Congress also conducted consultations to elect a delegation to attend the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term, including 18 official delegates and 2 absent delegates.
