The Congress was attended by Ms. Le Thi Net, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Special Zone, Chairwoman of the Van Don Special Zone Trade Union and representatives of the Company's Board of Directors, along with 206 delegates who are members of the Taiheiyo Shinju Vietnam Company's Trade Union.
The grassroots union of Taiheiyo Shinju Vietnam Company currently has more than 200 union members, of which 169 are female.
In the past term, the grassroots Trade Union has always focused on propaganda and mobilization of union members to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, while seriously implementing the Resolution of the 8th Grassroots Trade Union Congress.
Every year, the Executive Board of the Trade Union has proactively coordinated with the Company to build a salary scale, adjust the insurance contribution level for employees according to regulations, and propose solutions to increase income for workers based on production and business results.

Workers' salaries and income increase by an average of 11-15%/year; The salary and bonus regime for holidays and Tet is always paid promptly and in accordance with regulations.
In the 2025-2030 term, the grassroots trade union has set out the direction: to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; care for and protect the rights of workers; improve the quality of life, improve the working environment; improve the capacity of trade union cadres, labor qualifications and legal knowledge of union members; strive to admit 100% of new workers to the trade union organization; maintain the title of "Good Enterprise", "Excellent Strong Trade Union" every year.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Net acknowledged and praised the efforts and achievements that the grassroots trade union has achieved. Propose to continue promoting the role of representing, caring for and protecting the rights of workers; promoting the application of information technology in trade union activities; coordinating with the Board of Directors to build a safe and civilized working environment; promptly grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers, creating motivation for union members to stick together and contribute to the development of enterprises and the Van Don special zone.
The Congress elected 7 comrades to the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, term IX, 2025-2030.
