Over the past term, the Trade Union of Mining Geology Company has closely followed the direction of TKV Trade Union, the leadership of the Company's Party Committee; closely coordinated with the professional team to effectively implement the goals of the Resolution of the 21st Congress.
100% of newly recruited workers were mobilized to join the trade union; 61 newly admitted union members; maintained stability of 3 departmental trade unions, 49 trade union groups and 8 women's groups. 100% of union officials from team leaders and above are trained in their professional skills.
Every year, over 80% of trade union groups and 85% of departmental trade unions complete their tasks well; The Company's Trade Union continuously achieves the title of "Completing tasks well" or higher.
The emulation movement has been effectively maintained: 88 technical innovation initiatives have brought in more than 8.5 billion VND; the rate of female employees achieving the annual "Two Excellents" title is over 80%.
The Trade Union visited 321 workers with a total amount of 215 million VND; organized tours and vacations for 1,835 people with a budget of more than 7.6 billion VND; 7,111 nursing home tickets at the Geological Hot mineral Center; built and repaired 12 "Union Shelters" worth over 550 million VND; arranged collective accommodation for more than 140 people.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Ha Minh Tho - Party Committee Secretary, Company Director acknowledged and praised the results achieved by the Company's Trade Union in the past term; suggested that the Trade Union continue to coordinate with the profession to complete political tasks and production and business plans.
Promote the creative labor emulation movement, improve the working environment, increase the application of science and technology in labor and production.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term XXII, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 9 comrades.
