On the afternoon of November 20, the Department of Drug Crime Investigation (C04) of the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
At the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security to transfer and appoint Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung - Head of the Department of Investigation Police on Corruption, Economic and Smuggling Crimes, Quang Ninh Provincial Police (PC03), to hold the position of Deputy Director of Department C00.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long congratulated Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung and affirmed that the transfer and appointment of the new assignment is a great honor for Lieutenant Colonel Hung personally, as well as the collective of C04 and the Quang Ninh Provincial Police.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duy Hung said that his transfer and appointment to the position of Deputy Director of Department C04 is a recognition of his training, dedication, striving and task of drug prevention in the new situation, demonstrating the trust of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security in him personally.
"I am deeply aware that this is an honor, a great responsibility, and at the same time an opportunity for me to continue to cultivate, practice, and contribute my heart and intelligence to serve the country, serve the people and the fight against drug crimes," said Lieutenant Colonel Hung.
In his new position, Lieutenant Colonel Hung said that he will try his best, maximize his capacity and experience in crime prevention to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
