At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Major General Nguyen Tien Trung - Director of Lang Son Provincial Police to hold the position of Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police.
Also at the ceremony, the representative of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on appointing Major General Nguyen Tien Trung to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Also this week, on November 20, at Ninh Binh Provincial Police, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
At the announcement ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang - Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - to work and hold the position of Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.
Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang, born in 1982, hometown Vinh Chan commune, Phu Tho province. The new Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police has a university degree in Police, a master's degree in Economics, and a high level of political theory.
During his working career, Lieutenant Colonel Cu Quoc Thang held important positions at the Quang Ninh Provincial Police such as: Deputy Head of Department, Head of Department; Head of Cam Pha City Police (old); Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, Head of the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Ninh Provincial Police.
On the same day, November 20, at the headquarters of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, the Ministry of Public Security organized the announcement of the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
Accordingly, Major General Nguyen Huu Manh - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, was transferred to the position of Director of the Department of Internal Security of the Ministry of Public Security.
