At the conference, delegates heard the announcement of the upgrading decision, and at the same time carried out the transfer of the organization to the Chien Dan Commune Trade Union for direct management. The Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee and key positions of the Hoa Binh Quang Nam Village Trade Union were also appointed according to regulations. Representatives of the Commune Trade Union presented the decision to the new Executive Committee, officially marking a step in organizational and operational development.
The upgrading from member grassroots trade union to grassroots trade union shows a clear maturity in the scale, quality and role of the trade union organization in the unit. This is an important premise to improve the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights of workers, while consolidating the position of trade unions in the grassroots political system.
Speaking at the conference, the leader of the Chien Dan Commune Trade Union proposed that the new Executive Committee quickly stabilize the organization, build working regulations and specific action programs. The Trade Union needs to prepare conditions to organize the first congress on time, ensuring quality and in accordance with regulations.
In addition, the trade union needs to strengthen coordination with local Party committees and authorities to promote propaganda and mobilize union members to well implement policies and guidelines. The focus is on caring for the material and spiritual life of workers, launching practical emulation movements, and innovating operating methods. Thereby, building a strong trade union organization that is truly a reliable support for union members and workers.
