Organize many practical and diverse activities
In the context of strong industrialization and modernization, the workforce in industrial parks and export processing zones is increasingly playing a pillar role in socio-economic development.
However, besides the need for jobs and income, the spiritual life of workers is also an important factor, directly affecting productivity, labor quality and long-term attachment to businesses.

Mobilizing resources to invest in more cultural institutions
It can be seen that the construction and promotion of a system of cultural institutions not only brings direct use value but also affirms the long-term concern and investment in the spiritual life of Da Nang city workers in the past 10 years.
These projects help workers have a healthy living space, exercise, exchange and learn, thereby becoming more attached to trade union organizations and businesses.
Mr. Le Van Dai - Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City Labor Federation said that the results achieved over the past 10 years are thanks to the leadership attention of the City Party Committee, the companionship of the People's Committee, all levels of government, along with the creativity, persistence, and efforts to overcome difficulties of the trade union organization. This is an important foundation to continue to replicate good models and effective practices in the coming time.
In the new period, the Da Nang City Labor Federation determines to continue to diversify cultural, sports, and artistic activities; mobilize social resources to invest in more cultural institutions; and create conditions for workers to participate in activities without affecting work or income.
