News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on August 17 said: The City Labor Federation organized a conference to propagate and establish the grassroots Trade Union of Hoan My Inox Production Joint Stock Company, located in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park.
At the conference, union members and employees of the Company were propagated and introduced to the position, role, functions, and tasks of the Trade Union organization; rights and responsibilities of union members when participating in the Trade Union organization.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of industrial parks emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important step in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
At the same time, orienting a number of key tasks for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively, perform well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; accompanying businesses in the development process.
After the propaganda part, the Da Nang City Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Hoan My Inox Production Joint Stock Company and admit 23 workers to the Trade Union organization.
The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Hoan My Inox Production Joint Stock Company continues to affirm the concern of the Trade Union organization in the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions at enterprises, especially in industrial parks.
