On August 16, at Tam Thang Industrial Park, Da Nang City, the Da Nang City Labor Federation organized the "Joint Day of Union Members and Workers" in 2026. This is an activity to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere, strengthen solidarity among union members and workers, and continue to implement a series of practical care activities towards grassroots levels.
The program attracted more than 4,000 union members and workers from grassroots trade unions in Tam Thang Industrial Park, Thuan Yen Industrial Park and commune and ward trade unions in the southern area of Da Nang City to participate in many exciting activities.
Speaking at the opening of the program, Mr. Le Van Dai, Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, said that the City Labor Federation organizes the Day to make union members happier, better cared for, and receive advice and support on practical issues in life and work. At the same time, there are more opportunities to meet, exchange, share and understand each other better.
“Today's festival, the City Labor Federation has allocated and summoned more than 4,000 union members and workers to participate and encourage units to spread information so that union members know the information and come to participate in the program. At the festival, there are many activities that I believe each union member and worker can find a suitable content for themselves,” Mr. Dai emphasized.
On this occasion, union members and workers who need to have general health check-ups and consultations and oral health care are completely free.
Within the framework of the program, the 2026 Da Nang City Youth Union Member and Laborer Singing Contest takes place with 40 special performances.
