Visit and congratulate major educational institutions
On November 19, the Da Nang City Labor Federation organized working delegations to visit and congratulate the Department of Education and Training, Duy Tan University, University of Physical Education and Sports and Da Nang University of Architecture on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day.

The leaders of the Da Nang City Labor Federation sent their best wishes to the collective of leaders, cadres, lecturers and workers in the entire education sector, and at the same time respectfully acknowledged the contributions of the teaching staff in the cause of human resource training for the city.
In recent times, educational institutions in Da Nang have actively coordinated and created favorable conditions for grassroots unions to operate effectively, successfully completing the task of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. The leaders of the City Labor Federation hope that units will continue to accompany and support grassroots unions to fulfill their representative role, contributing to building a healthy and humane educational environment.
On the same day, the City Labor Culture House organized a meeting with a team of coaches and teachers working at affiliated clubs. This is an opportunity to show gratitude to those who work in teaching culture - art, sports and life skills to thousands of union members, children of union members and workers.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh - Deputy Director of the Labor Culture House - expressed his appreciation for the silent but meaningful contributions of the team of teachers and coaches. They are the "connector" to preserve and spread cultural values, contributing to enriching the spiritual life of workers, building a healthy and unique community living environment. The meeting was also a word of encouragement for them to continue to be creative and enthusiastic in their activities in the coming time.

Joining the atmosphere of gratitude for Vietnamese Teachers' Day, the Trade Unions of wards in Da Nang have had many meaningful activities to recognize the efforts of the teaching staff at educational institutions.

In Tam Ky ward, the ward union visited and sent its deep gratitude to managers, teachers and staff of schools in the area. The delegation acknowledged the efforts of the teaching staff in innovating teaching methods, overcoming difficulties to complete the task of improving the quality of education.
For many years, educational institutional trade unions in Tam Ky have always played a core role in the emulation movement in the locality. The ward union hopes that units will continue to promote a sense of responsibility and creativity in teaching and learning, creating motivation for cadres, teachers and students to achieve many new achievements in the 2025-2026 school year.
In Dien Ban ward, the ward's Trade Union visited and congratulated Son Ca and Than Dong Private kindergartens and Quang Dong Secondary and High School. Here, the Ward Union expressed its deep gratitude to the teaching staff, and shared the difficulties after the recent historic flood. The trade union encourages schools to quickly overcome the damage, stabilize teaching and complete educational tasks in the context of many difficulties.
In Hoa Cuong ward, the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and the leaders of the ward's Trade Union presented flowers and congratulated educational institutions in the area. The ward union hopes that the staff and teachers will continue to innovate and improve the quality of teaching and learning; at the same time, it is recommended that the grassroots union closely coordinate with the school leaders in caring for their lives, ensuring the regime for teachers to work with peace of mind.
The meaningful, solemn and sincere activities of Trade Unions at all levels in Da Nang on November 20 contributed to spreading the spirit of "respecting teachers and valuing education", while affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and supporting workers. This is a source of encouragement for the teaching staff to continue to contribute, be creative and accompany the development of the city.
