News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on August 17 said: The Da Nang City Labor Federation organized a legal propaganda conference for union members and workers of Murata Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. The program attracted nearly 350 union members and workers to participate.
At the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Le Nga - Deputy Head of the City Police Staff Department, provided content related to drug prevention and control, ensuring security and order at the grassroots level and network security.
Thereby, helping union members and workers raise awareness and skills in preventing and identifying security and safety risks in the working environment and in cyberspace.
According to the plan, the propaganda campaign at Murata Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. will be organized from August 11 to August 21, 2026, divided into many phases, with the participation of nearly 3,000 union members and workers.
The propaganda content is built practically, associated with issues that workers are concerned about in life, work and daily life. The topics focus on drug prevention and control, security and order, Labor Code, traffic safety, insurance policies and prevention and control of prostitution.
Through the program, union members and workers are equipped and updated with necessary legal knowledge; raise awareness of law compliance, proactively prevent violations, contributing to building a safe, healthy and stable working environment.
The activity also contributes to the implementation of Directive No. 58-CT/TW dated January 10, 2026 of the Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over propaganda and political, ideological, and legal education for workers in the new situation", thereby improving the effectiveness of propaganda and legal education among union members and workers.
This is also one of the practical activities of the Trade Union organization to accompany and care for the spiritual life, protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time contribute to raising legal awareness, building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
