On March 24, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that the unit has issued a document sent to commune and ward trade unions and affiliated units on the implementation of propaganda on Directive No. 57-CT/TW of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee.
Accordingly, units focus on organizing propaganda and dissemination of Directive No. 57-CT/TW on strengthening network security, information security, and data security in the political system (Directive 57) to union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in localities.
The propaganda content emphasizes the motto "autonomy, self-reliance, self-strengthening" in building network security potential; prioritizing mastering core technology, new technology - this is a strategic task to protect national sovereignty in cyberspace.
At the same time, clearly define the responsibilities of the heads of agencies and units in ensuring network security and data security.
In addition, it is necessary to uphold discipline and order in the management and use of data and information systems; strengthen identification and handling of "junk" SIM cards and "virtual" accounts, contributing to protecting union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in the digital environment...
At the same time, it is necessary to unify focal points, clearly define the management responsibilities of each agency and unit; pay attention to investing and modernizing technology infrastructure and technical solutions to ensure network security.
Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen - Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that trade union levels need to link the propaganda to implement Directive 57 with the implementation of training, fostering, and training programs on digital transformation for union members and workers.
Along with that, trade union levels need to proactively grasp the ideological situation of union members and workers; promptly orient public opinion; discover and commend advanced examples, good and effective practices to spread widely in the trade union system.
