The XIV image is stylized gracefully, transformed into 3 blooming lotus petals, representing 3 functions of the Vietnam Trade Union organization, the lotus also symbolizes Vietnamese cultural identity, purity, persistence and strong rise. Lotus is also a metaphor for the process of continuous innovation, inheriting tradition and developing on the foundation of core values of the Vietnamese working class. Surrounded by a microcircuit - semiconductor circle, expressed in a streamlined, modern graphic language, with meaning about digital transformation, science - technology and innovation. This detail affirms the pioneering role of the Vietnam Trade Union in the process of international integration, adapting to the digital age, the era of national rise.
The logo center is the symbol of the Vietnam Trade Union, holding a solemn position as a guiding principle for all development orientations. This image clearly shows the core role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of officials, union members, workers and laborers; and at the same time is a solid spiritual support, linking collective strength.
The main colors red and yellow are used throughout, meaning enthusiasm, belief, aspiration, success and integration. These are also colors associated with revolutionary traditions, expressing the spirit of solidarity, will to rise up and the stature of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new era.
The 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union is expected to be held at the end of May 2026.
2026 is the year of organizing the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031; the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; preliminary review of 5 years of implementing Resolution 02-NQ/TW dated June 12, 2021 of the Politburo on "Innovating the organization and operation of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation".
