Dak Lak Labor Union contributes to building homes for union members in difficult circumstances

Dak Lak - solid houses not only help union members in difficulty stabilize their lives, but also spread the spirit of sharing and companionship of the trade union organization.

On August 29, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor organized a fund-raising ceremony to support the construction and repair of "Union Shelter" houses for 4 union members in difficult circumstances in Ea Khae, Ea Hiao, Ea Wy and Pong Drang communes.

The house handover ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation and representatives of the grassroots trade union where the union members worked.

Accordingly, the union members who received support include: Ms. Khuc Thi Hong (Ea Khae Commune People's Committee); Ms. Lo Thi Hiep (Hoa Sen Kindergarten, Ea Hiao Commune); Ms. Dang Thi Thu Ha (Tuoi Ngoc Kindergarten, Ea Wy Commune) and Ms. H' Lo Ra Mlo (former officer of Ea Sin Commune People's Committee).

Of which, the support level for house construction is 50 million VND, house repair is 30 million VND. Although they have worked for many years, due to difficult circumstances, these union members used to have to live in temporary rented houses and shelters.

Up to now, the houses have been completed and solidly built, ensuring a stable place for the family.

The houses are designed with level 4, paved with bricks, area from 50 - 70m2, total construction cost from 300 - 500 million VND.

moved when receiving the new house, Ms. H'Lo Ra Mlo shared that I am very grateful for the attention of trade unions at all levels for providing material and spiritual support, helping my family have a solid house to develop the economy with peace of mind.

"I hope that more union members in difficult circumstances like me will receive this support to be supported to stabilize their lives" - Ms. H' Lo Ra Mlo said emotionally.

In August 2025, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor awarded funding to support the construction and repair of 17 "Union Shelters" for union members in difficult circumstances.

This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the caring and protective role of the trade union organization, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and humanity to workers.
