On August 29, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chuyen - Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea Kar commune, Dak Lak province - said that the unit had sent a report to the Provincial People's Committee regarding the incident of people "lining up" by placing bricks, stones, and helmets at the Public Administration Service Center.
According to Mr. Chuyen, since August 25, the One-stop Department of the Provincial Land Registration Office (Ea Kar area) has stopped receiving land records at the Public Administration Service Center.
This department has moved to a new location, causing a significant decrease in the number of people coming to do administrative procedures in the commune center.
"With the guidance of cadres and employees, the situation of people "lining up" with bricks, stones and helmets no longer occurs in the commune. Every day, the Public Administration Service Center processes about 70 records. Everything went smoothly and smoothly, without jostling, Mr. Chuyen added.
The Dak Lak Provincial Land Registration Office confirmed that it has transferred the department receiving documents and returning results of the Ea Kar and Krong Nang Area Land Registration Office Branch to the new location.
This is to create more favorable conditions for cadres in receiving and handling administrative procedures for people.
Previously, information appeared that people lined up in front of the Ea Kar Commune Public Administration Service Center, Krong Nang Commune (Dak Lak Province), "lined up" waiting by placing bricks, stones, and helmets.
Local authorities believe that the reason is that the Commune Administrative Service Center has a one-stop Department of the Provincial Land Registration Office that receives documents. Since then, the number of people registering to work has been very large.
When lining up to get tired, many people have placed bricks, stones, and helmets to get a seat.
