On June 15, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor said that in the first 6 months of 2025, trade unions at all levels in the province have done a good job of negotiating and signing collective labor agreements.

To date, the whole province has 288/380 units signed collective labor agreements, reaching a rate of 75.7%. In general, the signed agreements all have more content that brings more practical benefits to union members and workers.
For example, the contents related to salary, bonus, personal insurance... In particular, there are 25 collective labor agreements with negotiation content to increase the value of mid-shift meals.
Thanks to that, the rights of workers are guaranteed, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor - said: "In the coming time, trade unions at all levels will continue to coordinate with relevant units to inspect and supervise compliance with laws and policies for workers at enterprises.
At the same time, guide grassroots trade unions to supervise the implementation of the legitimate and legal rights of union members and workers.
According to Mr. Thanh, the provincial trade union will organize the assessment and classification of the quality of collective labor agreements according to the instructions of superiors.
