On March 31, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation announced that the unit had issued a Plan to implement activities for Workers' Month 2026 with the theme: "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation, improving labor productivity".
According to the plan, trade union levels will proactively advise Party committees, coordinate with the government and employers to synchronously implement activities. At the same time, mobilize social resources to better care for the material and spiritual lives of workers.
The Provincial Trade Union focuses on organizing major activities during Workers' Month such as the "Thank you to workers" program and activities to care for the lives of union members and workers.
In addition, the trade union will organize visits, gifts, and support for union members in difficult circumstances; deploy trade union welfare booths, preferential sales programs, discounts for union members and workers at enterprises and worker dormitories; organize "Trade Union Meals"...
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation said that on this occasion, the provincial trade union also organized a peak month to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions; introduce and develop party members among workers.
Units promote propaganda, mobilization, raising awareness and responsibility to participate in building the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union organization. At the same time, focus resources on union member development, representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
It is expected that the Provincial Labor Federation will coordinate to organize the Launching Ceremony of Workers' Month - Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2026; celebrating the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026) at Hoa Hiep Industrial Park (Dong Hoa Ward Trade Union).
