Faced with the unusual developments of hail, Hoa An Commune People's Committee recommends that people raise their vigilance and proactively implement preventive measures to ensure safety for people and property.
Specifically, people need to urgently inspect and reinforce houses and barns; cover and protect crops. When dangerous signs appear, it is necessary to quickly relocate to a safe place, limiting going out in bad weather conditions.
