Equip union members with necessary skills
According to the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation, the whole province currently has 60,937 union members and workers, mainly working in grassroots trade unions in enterprises. In recent years, trade union levels have regularly propagated and disseminated labor safety and hygiene; and at the same time promoted legal education, providing information on the Law on Social Insurance and Health Insurance.
In early April 2026, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) organized occupational safety and health training for officials and employees of the office block and Dakruco Hotel branch. Workers were disseminated safety regulations, raised awareness of preventing work accidents and occupational diseases; and were also propagated about the Employment Law and unemployment insurance policies.
Union member Nguyen Tien Nghia (Dakruco Hotel branch) said that the program shows the concern of businesses and trade unions, helping workers feel secure in working and sticking together for a long time. After training, the awareness of complying with regulations is improved; each person proactively protects themselves, reminds colleagues, contributing to building a safe working environment.
Dakruco grassroots trade union said that in April 2026, it will continue to organize training for all union members, office workers and branches, expected to participate more than 2,000 people. This is an annual activity to raise awareness and legal compliance, contributing to building a safe, efficient, and sustainable working environment.
Propagating and disseminating laws widely
According to the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation, a plan for propaganda and dissemination of laws for 2026 has been implemented. In which, the Standing Committee requests trade unions of communes, wards and affiliated units to effectively implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; and at the same time promote dissemination and legal education among union members and workers.
The activity aims to raise awareness and legal knowledge; consolidate political awareness and labor discipline; link the interests of workers with the sustainable development of businesses and localities. Propaganda work is deployed diversely and strengthened on digital platforms and social networks, suitable for each target group.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation - said that trade union levels have proactively developed plans, selected content that is close to reality, focusing on regulations directly related to the rights and interests of workers such as the Labor Code, the Law on Social Insurance, and regulations on occupational safety and health.
Propaganda forms continue to be innovated, not only through conferences and training but also flexibly on digital platforms, helping information spread quickly and be easily accessible.
Raising legal awareness for union members and workers contributes to protecting legitimate rights, while creating a foundation for the sustainable development of businesses and localities.
