Dak Lak - The Provincial Trade Union has implemented 100 days to promote digital transformation to remove bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of digital transformation in the system.

On August 8, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that the unit had just deployed the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in the province, focusing on 100-day action to remove bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of digital transformation in the Trade Union system.

Accordingly, the Commune and Ward Trade Unions and affiliated units synchronously and promptly implement the assigned tasks; creating clear changes in the awareness and actions of Trade Union levels on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.

At the same time, promote the role of officials, union members, and workers in implementing policies and guidelines in this field.

One of the key tasks is to promote the application of digital technology in management, administration and organization of Trade Union activities; improve the efficiency of providing information, caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. The Provincial Labor Federation also sets a goal to gradually build a digital working environment, digital offices and trade union activities on a digital platform.

Notably, trade union levels are required to urgently review, update, standardize and clean up data of union members, employees, and trade union organizations according to the principle "Correct - sufficient - Clean - Living". Data must be fully, accurately, and consistently updated to serve management, statistics, reporting, forecasting and connection with shared databases.

Regarding improving digital skills, the plan requires 100% of full-time Trade Union officials and advisory officials to directly participate in training, fostering, and training classes on digital transformation, data management, artificial intelligence (AI), information security and digital platforms. Union members and workers are also encouraged to actively study, improve digital skills and form work habits in the digital environment...

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen - Standing Vice President of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that the results of implementing the 100-day action plan will be considered one of the criteria for evaluating the level of task completion of collectives and individuals, and also a basis for evaluating emulation and commendation in 2026.

The Provincial Labor Federation will organize inspections, preliminary reviews, evaluations, and at the same time select and replicate new models and effective ways of working in digital transformation throughout the Trade Union system.
