Dak Lak Labor Union deploys Ao Dai week

BẢO TRUNG |

Dak Lak - Trade unions at all levels have begun implementing the "Ao Dai Week" program to female union members and workers in the province.

On March 1, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor launched the "Ao Dai Week" program to encourage female union members and workers in the area to wear Ao Dai during the week from January 1 to March 8.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor recommends that the trade unions at the grassroots level actively respond to and implement the program.

Accordingly, female union members and workers are encouraged to wear ao dai during the working day, especially all year round on March 8 to honor and spread the beauty of traditional costumes.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly, Permanent Vice President of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor, said that "Ao Dai Week" aims to encourage female cadres, union members and workers to wear Ao Dai in events celebrating traditional days and major holidays.

Along with that, trade unions at all levels continue to respond to the program "Giving Ao Dai, Sending Love", mobilizing the giving of Ao Dai to female union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

In 2024, the program mobilized nearly 5,000 sets of Ao Dai to give to female union members, workers in need and women union members in difficult circumstances.
