From April 16 to 18, in Buon Ma Thuot ward (Dak Lak), the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union organized a training conference on occupational safety and health (ATVSLĐ), commending excellent occupational safety and health workers (ATVSV) nationwide.
At the same time, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union also organized the launch of Workers' Month and Action Month on OSH in 2026. The conference was attended by about 180 delegates.

Here, delegates were updated with in-depth knowledge about OSH, risk identification and accident prevention solutions in production and operation of power grids; and at the same time deployed OSH management software (SMIS) to improve the effectiveness of monitoring and reporting on safety work.
Mr. Ngo Tan Cu - General Director of Central Power Corporation - emphasized that labor safety is not only a technical requirement but also a consistent responsibility, requiring the self-awareness of each worker.
Many serious accidents stem from subjectivity and procedural violations. According to him, ATVSV must promote the role of "extended arm", stick to the scene, promptly detect and prevent unsafe risks; and at the same time set an example and propagate to raise awareness for workers.

Safety must be 100%, so that each worker can work safely and securely," Mr. Ngo Tan Cu emphasized.
Mr. Do Duc Hung - Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union - affirmed that OSH work is both legal and mass-based, requiring the voluntary participation of all workers. In which, the OSH force plays a core role.
On this occasion, 76 typical excellent ATVSV nationwide in 2026 were commended.
