On April 18, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Thai Hoa Land Registration Office Branch had organized a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish a grassroots trade union.
The grassroots trade union branch was established under Decision No. 171 dated April 7, 2026 of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation. The Trade Union organization has legal status, seal and separate account, operating according to the provisions of the Trade Union Law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the term 2026 - 2030 was appointed to include 3 comrades. At the ceremony, 21 employees of the branch were recognized as members of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Speaking at the ceremony, leaders of the Ward Trade Union and unit leaders congratulated the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union, and at the same time requested the Executive Committee to promote the role of representing, caring for life, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Representatives of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union branch spoke to receive the assignment, affirming the determination to unite, innovate the content and methods of operation, build a strong Trade Union organization, contributing to successfully completing the political tasks of the unit.
