On June 28, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and Youth Union of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation organized the Dofico Traditional Sports Festival 2026.

The sports festival attracted nearly 160 union members and employees of the Corporation to participate and register to compete in collective sports such as: tug-of-war, relay, boating races on land.

According to the Corporation's Trade Union, this is a practical activity, contributing to caring for the spiritual and cultural life, improving the health of union members and workers; creating conditions for units to exchange and learn experiences, strengthen solidarity, unity and promote the collective spirit throughout the organization.

Also on June 28, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the Youth Union of the Corporation organized a Conference to summarize the activities of Workers' Month 2026; awarded support to union members and employees of the unit in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses; and at the same time summarized and awarded "online running" prizes for men, women and ages, with a total of 16 prizes. This is a health training movement through smartphone software, with over 150 union members and employees of the Corporation participating in the contest.

Also at the conference, the General Corporation Trade Union and grassroots trade unions of member units launched a emulation movement to implement Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU of the Executive Committee of the Dong Nai City Party Committee on launching a special 500-day and night emulation campaign... agreed to sign a commitment to emulate and well implement contents such as: each trade union member has a practice of thrift (environmental protection, energy saving), each trade union group has at least one initiative proposal, each grassroots trade union has at least one technical innovation solution to optimize production processes, save costs, and improve work efficiency.

Commitment from 90% of trade union members to strive to complete and exceed the assigned targets and tasks; 100% of grassroots trade unions build models, "Green - Clean - Beautiful - Occupational Safety" and at least 95% of workers commit to strictly complying with internal regulations, procedures and measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, fire and explosion prevention in the workplace...
The implementation period of phase 1 is from June 2026 to December 30, 2026, preliminary review and evaluation of commendation; phase 2 is from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, striving to complete, exceed, and comprehensively meet the targets of the 2027 production and business development plan.
