According to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, implementing Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW dated February 15, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on a number of contents and tasks to continue to reorganize and streamline the apparatus of the political system in 2025; Conclusion 127-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat dated February 28, 2025 on the implementation of research and proposal to continue reorganizing the apparatus of the political system; based on Notice No. 264/TB-TLD dated March 6, 2025, announcing the conclusion of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requires units assigned to invest in projects to urgently implement the following contents:
Immediately stop implementing new construction, renovation and repair projects at the District Labor Federation (headquarters, cultural houses, guest houses, etc.) from the Investment Fund and regular expenditure sources according to Decision No. 5068/QD-TLD dated August 5, 2022 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Temporarily suspend the implementation of projects to build new, renovate and repair agency headquarters at the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, provincial and municipal labor federations and equivalents from the Investment Fund until a new policy is issued by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
For projects that have completed construction and are preparing final settlement reports, the unit is requested to urgently complete the final settlement procedures in the second quarter of 2025.
