According to the plan to organize activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the City Labor Federation plans to support 30,000 union members and workers at grassroots unions under the City Labor Federation or workers at units and enterprises in the city that have not established a union organization but have paid union fees.
These are union members and workers in difficult circumstances, who themselves or their relatives (wife, husband, children) have serious illnesses, accidents, natural disasters, fires, work accidents, occupational diseases; union members and workers whose working hours have been reduced, who have lost their jobs, whose labor contracts have been suspended, and whose income has decreased; union members and workers in enterprises facing difficulties in production and business, who have been owed wages, and who have no Tet bonuses. Of which, support provided through the direct superior trade union at the grassroots level is 26,500 people at the rate of 1,000,000 VND/person. Support for grassroots trade unions under the City Labor Federation is 600 people at the rate of 1,000,000 VND/person.
