On April 29, Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just coordinated with Phu My Commune Trade Union to organize propaganda and labor law counseling for more than 150 union members and workers at Greenwind Co., Ltd. (Diem Tieu village, Phu My commune), in response to Workers' Month 2026.
At the propaganda session, union members and workers actively exchanged and asked many questions related to labor law regulations such as labor contracts, maternity regimes, working hours - rest, resignation regimes, termination of labor contracts and new points of the Law on Social Insurance.
According to the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation, in the past time, the Legal Consulting Center of the unit has implemented many forms of propaganda and flexible consulting, suitable to reality. In which, mobile consulting activities at enterprises are focused on, bringing the law closer to workers.
Through this activity, the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers continues to be affirmed. The program also helps raise legal awareness, support workers to proactively comply with regulations and protect themselves in labor relations.
