Ms. Pham Thi Xuan Nguyet suggested that the Trade Union organization further promote its position, role and responsibility in participating in the management of the Company. Implement well the grassroots democratic regulations, inspect and supervise the implementation of regimes and policies related to employees, coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to implement the best policies for union members and employees, especially in the fields of wages, employment, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and occupational safety and hygiene...
The Company's Trade Union needs to closely coordinate with the government in caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers, need to be close to reality to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members, and at the same time promptly detect and support union members and workers in difficult circumstances, illnesses, etc. who need to donate and help.
Focus on training, fostering, and building a team of union officials with political courage, moral qualities, responsibility, and enthusiasm; have professional qualifications and skills to meet the requirements of the Company's development tasks and have skills and methods of mass mobilization, and the ability to handle situations to lead and inspire union members and workers.
Trade unions spread the greening policy
Up to now, the entire production system of factories of 29/3 Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company has been granted a green factory certificate by Vietnam Green Works to meet the standards of environmentally friendly green factories, starting the journey of sustainable development, demonstrating the synchronous participation of socio-political organizations in the Company.

Entering the new term, Ms. Pham Thi Xuan Nguyet hopes that the grassroots trade union will continue to widely spread the green production policy; raise awareness of union members and workers about environmental protection, saving electricity and water and together maintaining, promoting and maintaining a green - clean - beautiful environment.
This action not only demonstrates the company's responsibility towards employees, but is also our practical gesture towards the community. In the context of increasingly severe climate change - heat, storms, floods, and natural disasters have occurred consecutively in recent times, causing heavy damage to many localities, including Da Nang, our Company's pioneering in greening production is a strong commitment: "Joining hands with the Government and the City for a clean, safe, and sustainable environment" - Ms. Nguyet said.
In particular, in the context of Vietnam's deep integration with the world economy, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, automation and globalization, Ms. Nguyet suggested that each union member should raise awareness, courage and cultural behavior in cyberspace.
