The week of welcoming the 24th Vietnam Film Festival takes place from November 15 to November 20, 2025 with 19 outstanding Vietnamese films from the ages, from classic to modern, screened for free at the National Film Festival to thank cinema-loving audiences.
According to information from the National Cinema Center (87 Lang Ha, Hanoi), tickets will be distributed for free from 8:15 a.m. on November 11. Each customer receives a maximum of 4 tickets/icalcast week, of which a maximum of 2 tickets/icalcast.
In particular, exchanges with the film crew will take place after the screening of some works such as "Scent of burning Grass" - the film opened on November 15, the film "Moonlightning in Love" will be shown on November 16.
The distribution of free film tickets during the special film week is one of the outstanding activities of the 24th Vietnam Film Festival taking place from November 21-25 in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the organizers, the films screened for free include Red Rain; Young Moon; Dao, Pho and Piano; Scent of the burnt grass; Red Sunrise; Hoa Hoa Hoa; The returned person; Legend of Quan Tien; Dong Loc Bridge; Hanoi 12 Days and Nights; The tien tri; I see yellow flowers on green grass; Legendary writers; Living with history; Gold rings; A Phu's wife; August Star; Vi tuyen 17 days and nights...
The film "Red Rain" is supported and coordinated by the People's Army Cinema/General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, and will be shown for free in 9 provinces and cities including Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hue, Da Nang, Dak Lak, Can Tho and Ho Chi Minh City.
