On September 13, leaders According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ), in the third quarter of 2026, Trade Union activities will continue to be implemented in the direction of innovating content and methods, strongly focusing on grassroots levels and taking union members and workers as the center.
Notably, in the quarter, the Provincial Labor Federation mobilized and newly admitted 2,330 union members and established 74 grassroots trade unions.
This is the result of implementing solutions to develop union members, focusing on the non-state business sector and places with many workers.
The Provincial Labor Federation has established mobilization groups headed by Standing Committee members, directly participating in mobilization at enterprises without trade union organizations.
Units prioritize foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), and at the same time work with commune Party committees to unify the work of establishing commune trade unions.
As of the third quarter of 2026, the whole province has 113,779 workers, 97,693 trade union members and 1,018 grassroots trade unions.
In parallel with developing union members, trade union levels continue to focus on the function of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
In the quarter, the Trade Union conducted 20 inspections and supervisions; organized 695 dialogues at the workplace and provided legal advice and support to 10 cases. There were 2 labor disputes that the Trade Union participated in resolving.
The work of caring for union members in difficult circumstances continues to be implemented with many specific activities.
The Provincial Labor Federation supported 970 "Gratitude to Workers" gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses, with a total amount of 485 million VND.
Through the "Gifts from the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress" Program, the Provincial Labor Federation continues to support 278 gifts for union members and workers in particularly difficult circumstances, suffering from critical illnesses, occupational diseases, with a total amount of 451 million VND.
The working delegations also directly visited and presented gifts to 59 union members and workers in particularly difficult circumstances.
Along with that, the Trade Union organization promotes propaganda and dissemination of policies and laws; deploys the movement "Digital literacy", the "3 savings" campaign and the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income".
In the third quarter, the Provincial Trade Union also organized 2 training sessions for more than 600 turns of Trade Union officials at all levels, focusing on skills in dialogue, negotiation, signing and supervision of the implementation of collective labor agreements; protection of union members' rights, legal advice, inspection, supervision and prevention of labor accidents.
