On the morning of September 13, during patrols and inspections on the flood avoidance road BOT National Highway 1A, passing through Cam Hong commune (Quang Tri province), traffic police and Quang Tri Provincial Police discovered a number of broken and fallen trees blocking the road.
According to Quang Tri Provincial Police, green trees were broken and fallen due to the impact of a tropical depression, hindering the traffic of vehicles on the route.
Immediately after discovering the incident, traffic police deployed forces and vehicles, coordinated with people to saw and clear fallen trees, and clear the road surface.
The handling is carried out to ensure traffic safety, not to cause congestion or traffic disruption on the flood avoidance route BOT National Highway 1A.
After the green trees are cleared, the road surface is cleared, creating conditions for vehicles to continue to circulate.
According to functional forces, timely handling of fallen green trees contributes to maintaining smooth traffic, serving people's travel needs in weather conditions affected by tropical depressions.
