On September 12, the Trade Union of Ea Knop commune, Dak Lak province said that the unit had just organized a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots Trade Union of M'Drak General Clinic Co., Ltd.
At the ceremony, the Ea Knop Commune Trade Union announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of M'Drak General Clinic Co., Ltd. with 22 union members; and at the same time announced the decision to appoint an interim Executive Committee of 3 members.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises marks another step forward in the work of gathering and admitting workers into the Trade Union organization, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The newly established grassroots trade union is expected to become a bridge between workers and businesses; promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members, and at the same time coordinate with businesses to build a stable, harmonious and progressive working environment.
Through the Trade Union organization, union members have more conditions to participate in activities to care for material, cultural, and spiritual life; to be propagated and disseminated the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and regulations directly related to the rights and obligations of workers.
Leaders of the Ea Knop Commune Trade Union congratulated the grassroots Trade Union of M'Drak General Clinic Co., Ltd. on its official establishment; and at the same time requested the Provisional Executive Committee to soon develop an operating program suitable to the specific characteristics of the unit.
The Provisional Executive Committee is proposed to promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinate with employers to well implement regimes and policies, contributing to building sustainable business development.
