On the afternoon of June 30, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a conference to summarize the Trade Union activities in the first 6 months of the year and deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.
In the first 6 months of the year, Khanh Hoa Trade Union levels focused on implementing 10 key tasks, 3 breakthrough tasks according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee; promote propaganda in many appropriate forms, contributing to raising awareness of union members and workers.

The work of caring for life and protecting workers' rights continues to be identified as the central task of the Trade Union organization.
During Tet, Khanh Hoa Trade Union levels supported more than 92,000 turns of union members and workers with a total budget of nearly 61 billion VND.
In Workers' Month 2026, Trade Unions at all levels presented 1,680 gifts with a total value of more than 1.93 billion VND to workers in difficult circumstances.

The "Trade Union Meal" program was implemented at 467 grassroots trade unions with 28,236 meals, worth more than 676 million VND; and at the same time presented 180 gifts to support workers in difficult circumstances.
In addition to care activities, emulation movements among workers, civil servants, and laborers continue to be effective. The whole province has nearly 330 initiatives and solutions applied, benefiting businesses by more than 3.5 billion VND.
At the conference, representatives of ward trade unions requested higher-level trade unions to continue to guide operating mechanisms, organize training, and professional development to improve operational efficiency in the new period.
Employee representatives also proposed that the Trade Union strengthen connections and support workers in difficult circumstances to access job opportunities at enterprises with Trade Union organizations; and at the same time promote information on housing support policies for union members.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Bui Hoai Nam - Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that in the context of increasingly diverse labor relations, Trade Union activities should not only stop at time-based care programs but need to strongly shift to care through mechanisms, policies and long-term benefits.
In the coming time, grassroots trade unions need to proactively coordinate with employers to organize periodic dialogues and unexpected dialogues when necessary. Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation will select a number of key enterprises to build pilot models for dialogue and collective bargaining.
According to Mr. Bui Hoai Nam, the last 6 months of 2026 are an important time to complete the goals and targets for 2026; implement the Resolution of the 1st Khanh Hoa Trade Union Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
In which, Trade Union levels continue to innovate the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income", linking emulation with work efficiency, labor productivity, product quality and income of workers.
The emulation movement must be directly linked to work efficiency, product quality, labor productivity, discipline awareness and corporate culture; each movement needs to solve a specific problem of agencies, units, and businesses.
Along with that, digital transformation is identified as an important task to improve the efficiency of managing union members, operating activities and providing information quickly to workers, especially young workers.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded prizes to union members who achieved results at the 2026 online competition to learn about occupational safety and health; supported the construction and repair of "Trade Union Shelter" houses for 7 union members with housing difficulties with a total budget of 330 million VND.
