The emulation movement "Good workers, good initiatives" is also being promoted, with the goal that each grassroots trade union has at least one initiative, and more than 50% is applied to production.
In parallel with material care, cultural and sports activities such as "Listening to workers sing - Singing for workers to hear", sports festivals, volleyball and pickleball exchanges... are also widely organized, creating a cohesive atmosphere in industrial parks.
In addition, housing support for "Trade Union Shelter", visiting workers in difficult circumstances, and direct dialogue with workers continue to be maintained, contributing to stabilizing human resources at enterprises.
