The working delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat - Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation visited and worked with Thien Lam New Technology Company Limited and Deco Company Limited - two enterprises operating in the field of garment and construction materials production, with many workers under the Lao Cai Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union.
At the working sessions, representatives of business leaders quickly reported on the situation of production and business activities, the implementation of policies for employees, the work of organizing trade unions in enterprises and certain impacts after the administrative units were rearranged.
Accordingly, despite some general difficulties due to slow market consumption and increased production costs, businesses have been making efforts to stabilize operations, ensure jobs and income for workers, with an average salary of 6 to 8 million VND/month.




Business leaders also shared some problems such as: changing administrative addresses leads to procedures for adjusting legal documents and financial transactions; some local support policies need more timely guidance so that businesses can benefit from the social security program; at the same time, it is recommended that trade unions continue to accompany and support the communication of new policies, and better care for union members and workers in the transition period after the merger.
Speaking at the working sessions, Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat - Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the trade union organization always accompanies businesses and workers, especially during times of administrative and policy changes.
The Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor requested the Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union at enterprises to proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, promptly reflect to superiors to find solutions. At the same time, continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, organize many programs to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
