The organizational structure has changed a lot, there are no more industry unions, district and city unions. Each locality has different instructions for the model of commune-level trade unions.
Currently, trade union officials are all concentrated in the old Yen Bai administrative center, many officials certainly have many concerns and difficulties. However, we must take a positive view, aim at the common development goal, focus on supporting workers and laborers to ensure their rights.

In the coming time, due to the arrangement, union officials at the commune, district and city levels to the provincial labor federation need to arrange and assign job positions and accommodation in an effective and reasonable manner.
Trade unions at all levels need to quickly get to work, soon complete the apparatus and personnel, and prepare for the congress to be held in October 2025.
For the 4 newly established inter-commune trade unions in Lao Cai province, it is necessary to carefully study the job positions and the trade union organizations need to arrange, care for, and guide them so that these new units can operate effectively.
Build a working mechanism between the labor federation and the Fatherland Front to jointly resolve the issue, how to help the trade union organization develop further.
Speaking on receiving the new assignment, Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat - the new Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation affirmed that in the coming time, the work will be very busy, I hope that trade unions at all levels will coordinate together to soon complete the institutions and action programs, without interruption of work.
