After voting, voters return to the Election Team's table to have the "Voted" stamp stamped on their voter cards.

Upholding the responsibility of voters
In addition to implementing the correct election process, union members are also recommended to raise their awareness of complying with regulations in the polling area.
Specifically, voters need to strictly implement a number of principles such as: not voting for or voting on behalf of others; not taking photos of personal ballots to post on social networks; not listening to illegal enticement and influence; and at the same time not allowing acts of taking advantage of the polling area to cause disorder.
According to the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, each ballot is not only a right but also a responsibility of voters in choosing delegates representing the will and aspirations of the people.
When union members participate in elections with a serious spirit, in accordance with regulations, it is also a way to show the role of ownership of workers, contributing to building an increasingly strong government apparatus, meeting the development requirements of localities and the country.
