On January 15, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit and Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union had just organized a working delegation to work with Toan Cau Insurance Company - Nghe An Branch to exchange and mobilize the establishment of grassroots Trade Union organizations at enterprises.
