Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union (Dak Lak province) currently manages 41 affiliated grassroots trade unions. This is an area with Hoa Phu Industrial Park - a place where many workers and laborers of the province are concentrated.
The whole commune has about 6,535 workers, civil servants, and laborers. Of which 6,194 are trade union members.
Faced with practical requirements, Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union has been flexible in organization and management, closely following the specific characteristics of each type of grassroots trade union. Thereby, affirming the role of a bridge between workers, businesses and trade union organizations.
In 2025, one of the outstanding activities to care for the lives of union members is the "Trade Union Meal" program.
The commune trade union has advised and proposed to competent authorities to organize the program at the grassroots trade union of Asean Steel Joint Stock Company and Regal Vietnam Fiber Weaving Co., Ltd., attracting 1,052 union members, workers and business leaders to participate.
In addition, the Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union coordinated with the Dak Lak Provincial Social Policy Bank to survey and guide loans to solve employment and propose support from the National Employment Fund in 2025 for 3 trade union members, each borrowing 50 million VND to improve housing, living and stabilize life.
According to Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Chairman of Hoa Phu Commune Trade Union, in 2025, the housing program "Trade Union Shelter" continues to be widely implemented, with practical humanistic meaning.
The commune trade union has provided financial support and handed over 5 houses to 5 union members with a total budget of 250 million VND. Thereby, contributing to helping workers in the industrial park feel secure and stabilize their lives.
