On January 15, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - said that patriotic emulation movements are being widely deployed in the entire provincial trade union system.
According to Mr. Hoang, trade union levels have innovated the content and form of emulation in a practical direction, associated with political tasks and the actual situation in each locality, unit, and enterprise. Thereby, attracting a large number of union members and workers to respond positively.
Emulation movements have ignited the spirit of creativity, created a vibrant emulation atmosphere, contributing to helping many units and businesses complete and exceed annual targets and plans.
Prominent are movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at state affairs, good at housework", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, safe, labor hygiene", "Innovation, creativity and digital transformation"... bringing practical efficiency.
Through emulation movements, thousands of initiatives and technical improvements of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers have been applied in practice, bringing in a profit value of tens of billions of VND," Mr. Hoang emphasized.
Also from emulation movements, many typical advanced collectives and individuals have been commended and rewarded by all levels and sectors. The Provincial Trade Union has organized many conferences to commend and honor typical workers, trade union officials, businesses and outstanding workers.
In particular, 311 collectives and individuals received flags and certificates of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 1,775 collectives and individuals were awarded flags and certificates of merit by the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation.
According to Mr. Hoang, these results have created a strong spread among union members and workers, contributing to improving labor productivity and efficiency, and making positive contributions to the socio-economic development of Lam Dong province.
This is an important foundation for the Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union to continue to implement patriotic emulation movements in the period 2025 - 2030, with the goal of having at least 2,000 initiatives and solutions of union members and workers applied to production, business and work.
We will continue to innovate the emulation content in a direction closer to the grassroots level, towards direct workers; and at the same time promptly discover, honor and replicate advanced examples," Mr. Hoang affirmed.
