The grassroots union has 11 department unions with 160 cadres, union members and workers.
The report at the congress said that in the past term, the unit had completed 100% of the targets of the 2023-2025 Congress Resolution, and coordinated with the Board of Directors to deploy professional tasks.
As of September 30, 2025, total outstanding loans at branches reached VND 5,526 billion, an increase of VND 1,774 billion compared to the beginning of the term, with an average growth rate of 15.7% per year. The planned targets were all achieved or exceeded.
In addition to professional tasks, the trade union focuses on protecting workers' rights, maintaining democratic regulations and organizing cultural and sports activities.
In the 2023-2025 period, 100% of cadres and union members will participate in social security activities with a total contribution of more than 1.6 billion VND.
At the congress, delegates discussed many contents such as outstanding growth associated with credit quality control, improving the effectiveness of emulation movements, and improving union members' lives.
The Congress elected the new term of the grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee, consisting of 9 members and delegations attending the higher-level Congress.
In the period of 2025-2030, the unit aims to increase capital and outstanding loans by an average of 10% per year; strive to achieve the total outstanding loans of the entire branch of more than VND 8,000 billion by 2030; 90% of departmental trade unions complete their tasks well.
