On January 11, the Dak Lak Provincial Education and Training Trade Union held a preliminary review of trade union activities for the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year and set out directions and tasks for the second semester.
On this occasion, the industry union also launched the program "Happy Tet - Spring At Ty" for union members and workers.

The Dak Lak Provincial Education and Training Trade Union is directly managing 66 grassroots trade unions, with 5,066 union members.
During the first semester, the industry union called on businesses to support visits and give gifts and ao dai fabric to 367 female teachers and workers in difficult circumstances.
Thereby, more than 100 warm coats and other gifts were donated to teachers and workers working in border areas and ethnic minority areas with a total value of 228 million VND.
The industry union coordinated with a television station to organize a series of game shows for 14 schools in the province. From there, it called on sponsors to support more than 1 billion VND for union members, workers and students in difficult circumstances.

Mr. Luu Tien Quang - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training (and Chairman of the Education and Training Trade Union of Dak Lak province) said that in the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year, the industry trade union will continue to innovate emulation and reward work for union members and workers.
The unit will coordinate with professional peers to effectively implement the emulation movements "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning" and "Building happy schools".
"The trade union organization will strengthen communication work in emulation and rewards. Thereby, discovering new factors, typical factors to encourage, reward promptly and replicate" - Mr. Quang added.

In the program "Tet sum vay - Xuan At Ty", the industry union presented 500 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
33 union members and workers with serious illnesses were supported with 2 million VND each. The industry union also presented 4 more "Union shelters", 50 million VND each, to union members with difficult housing circumstances.
