Grasping the operational situation of enterprises
Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation and the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union have just organized a working delegation to visit and grasp the operation of enterprises and grassroots trade unions at 5 enterprises in Suoi Dau Industrial Park.
Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee informed the establishments about the trade union organization structure after being streamlined and merged.
From June 30, 2025, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks - Economic Zones of Khanh Hoa province will end its activities. From July 1, 2025, implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee was established with 8 full-time union officials.

The Industrial Park Trade Union Board is responsible for representing the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers working in Industrial Parks in the province.
Implementing the work program for the last 6 months of 2025, the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee has quickly connected 85 grassroots trade unions in the area.
Organize working groups to grasp the situation at the grassroots level. From there, propose solutions to support effective operations in the new period.

Union activities are maintained stably
Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Thanh - Vice Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Long Hiep Company Limited said that after the merger, trade union activities, despite changes in personnel, have been maintained stably.
Currently, the enterprise has 38 employees, the average income of employees is about 5.5 million VND/person/month. In the first 6 months of the year, the enterprise has paid bonuses and prevented work accidents.
"We hope that in the coming time, the Provincial Labor Federation and the Industrial Park Trade Union will support more facilities to soon complete personnel, seals... to operate better" - Ms. Thanh said.

At Vietnam French Women's Costume Development One Member Co., Ltd. (FLD), Mr. Ngo Van Nghia - Chairman of the grassroots union of FLD shared that the enterprise currently has 438 employees.
In recent times, the enterprise has gradually overcome difficulties, creating stable jobs for workers, with an average income of about 6 million VND.
In the first 6 months of the year, the grassroots union organized activities to celebrate International Women's Day March 8, International Children's Day June 1, calling on union members to join hands to support a union member whose child is seriously ill and needs long-term treatment with an amount of nearly 30 million VND.
During the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival, the union is also planning to give gifts to union members' children worth nearly 180,000 VND/child/son/son.
According to Mr. Nghia, after nearly 2 months of the two-level government and the new union organization model came into operation, everything went smoothly.

The hearts of union members and workers are excited and trust in the grassroots union executive committee. The trade union organization takes good care of workers.
I expect the current trade union model to bring a new breeze, with many practical activities for workers. Thereby, helping workers, especially union members in difficult circumstances, continue to rise and develop" - Mr. Nghia shared.
